- Disconnect Internet Completely

- After Successful Install Run Adobe Lightroom CC and Close it (Important)
- Open Update Package And Run Adobepatchinstaller.exe
- Follow Screen Instructions And Complete It
- Now copy amtlib.dll To Install Directory
- Run Blockhosts.bat file as admin
- Wait till it finishes
